Titans Girls Program
2023 marked the first year for our all female rugby team!
The Georgian Bay Titans are excited to have all female rugby teams! 2025 marks the return of our U14 team and the addition of a U16 team.
Rugby is an incredible team sport that gives girls, experienced or not, the opportunity to learn new skills, compete in the sport,
build confidence and create friendships.
Rugby takes players of all experience, abilities and sizes and puts them on a level playing field to play as a team.
U12 Intro to Contact
This is the first year that we will be offering a U12 girls only rugby team. Open to girls born in 2013 and 2014. Participants will play in Saturday festival style tournaments throughout the season, which runs from May to August.
Girls, whether new to the sport or returning, will learn the fundamentals of contact rugby while building. At this level, participants will learn how to fall safely and how to go into contact as well as the basics of rucking.
While the focus is always on fun, physical movement and teamwork, we also want players to develop strong fundamentals for the game of rugby and learn to be safe when tackling.
Practice Tuesday and Thursday 6:00-7:30pm
Harbourview Field B - behind McDonalds
$225.00 for the season - registration includes shorts and socks. If registered by March 13th, 2025, participants will also receive a new jersey to keep. If registered after March 13th, 2025, participants will be provided with a returnable jersey.

U14 Intro to Contact
U14 girls rugby is open to girls born in 2011 and 2012. Participants will play in Sunday games throughout the season, which runs from May to August.
Girls, whether new to the sport or returning, will learn the fundamentals of contact rugby while building self confidence and camaraderie. At this level, more aspects and skills of the full game of rugby will be introduced in a controlled and graduted manner.
While the focus is always on fun, physical movement and teamwork, we also want players to develop strong fundamentals for the game of rugby.

$275.00 for the season - registration includes shorts and socks. If registered by March 13th, 2025, participants will also receive a new jersey to keep. If registered after March 13th, 2025, participants will be provided with a returnable jersey.
U16 Contact
The U16 girls team will be new for 2025! This team is open to girls born in 2009 and 2010. Participants will play in Saturday games (some Thursdays) throughout the season, which runs from May to August.
The U16 girls program builds on the skills developed in U14s and introduces full fifteens laws.
Players new to rugby are welcome and encouraged to join!
The focus of this program is the development of strong rugby fundamentals with an emphasis on teamwork and fun.
Practice Mondays - 5:30-7:00pm at Fisher Field and Wednesdays 5:30-7:00pm at Harbourview
