U6 - CO-ED FLAG RUGBY
U6 flag rugby is open to girls and boys born in 2019 and 2020. Kids will play on a co-ed team and participate in festivals throughout the season, which runs from May to the beginning of August. U6 flag is an introduction to the sport of rugby where kids will learn how to pass, run with the ball and move the ball and play defense. They will build confidence in their abilities while learning new agility and sport techniques.
Practice Tuesday and Thursday 6:00-7:00pm - Legion Fields
$200.00 for the season - registration includes t-shirt
U8 - CO-ED FLAG RUGBY
U8 flag rugby is open to girls and boys born in 2017 and 2018. Kids will play on a co-ed team and participate in festivals throughout the season, which runs from May to the beginning of August. At this level, participants will further their flag rugby skills with appropriate drills and movements to prepare them for games and festivals. Learning skills, working as a team and having fun are all a part of this non contact sport.

U10 - CO-ED FLAG RUGBY
U10 flag rugby is open to girls and boys born in 2015 and 2016. Kids will play on a co-ed team and participate in festivals throughout the season, which runs from May to the beginning of August. Participants will progress the skills learned at the younger levels and begin to prepare for the next phase of rugby, which begins to introduce contact.
