U12 Intro to Contact
U12 Intro to Contact is open to boys born in 2014 and 2015. Participants will practice twice a week and participate in festivals on weekends throughout the season, which runs from May to the beginning of August. The U12 program takes our kids from flag to a modified version of rugby where contact is first introduced. Participants will learn how to go into contact safely and effectively as well as learn how to fall properly. Participants will develop their movement, passing, defensive and tackling skills while having fun in the sport.
Practice Tuesday and Thursday 6:00-7:30pm

$225.00 for the season
Players must purchase club shorts and socks.
Returning players will keep their jersey from last year.
New players will be provided with a jersey.
U14 Intro to Contact
The U14 team is open to boys born in 2012 and 2013. Participants will play in weekend games throughout the season (usually Sundays), which runs from May to August. At this level, players will further develop their tackling skills and progress their rugby skills in a more traditional form of rugby than is played at the younger levels. Teams play with 13 players on a field (5m in on all sides) and continue to develop all of the physical skills that will help them to grow in the sport.

U16 Contact
The U16 boys team is open to boys born in 2010 and 2011. Participants will play in Saturday games (some Thursdays) throughout the season, which runs from May to August.
The U16 program builds on the skills developed in U14s and introduces full fifteens laws. Players new to rugby are welcome and encouraged to join!
The focus of this program is the development of strong rugby fundamentals with an emphasis on teamwork and fun.
Practice Monday 6:00-7:30pm and Thursday 7:30-9:00pm

U18 Contact
The U18 boys team is open to boys born in 2008 and 2009. Participants will play in Wednesday games (some weekends) throughout the season, which runs from May to August.
The U18 program welcomes new and returning players and will build on all skills developed in the earlier age grades.
Training will concentrate on developing rugby skills and playing ability as well as positional skills and building team work.
Practice Monday 6:00-7:30pm and Wednesday 7:00-8:30pm
